I was conceived in Pakistan and born in Ohio. I grew up between the cornfields of the Midwest and various foreign countries. I graduated from Hampshire College in New England and attended UCLA's Professional Program in Screenwriting.
I started stand-up, sketch, and improv in mid-life after raising my son in Ohio, England and Italy. In my 20s. I trained professionally in Meisner Technique at the Acting Studio in NYC and spent several years working off-off-Broadway and regionally before my son was born.
I have a feature film in development, Chemical Attraction, based on my novel, as well as two TV comedy pilots, Shipfaced and Man Factory. I am currently working on my latest screenplay, King's Cross, a dramedy set in London.
I am originally from Yellow Springs, Ohio, I do ridiculous things on TikTok, am an author, ghostwriter, screenwriter, mother, and I don't have any cats. I currently live in London, England.
